All of a sudden it is January 2012 and I haven't posted in months. I always intend to post, but then I get sidetracked. Distractions are the robbers of time. My time, anyway.
My worst distractors are Facebook games. I fought them for awhile, but then my friends who were playing Farmville needed neighbors. I caved in.

August To Do's...
Top of my list:
Fundraising.
I'm responsible for soliciting donations for my husband's participation in the MS150 City to Shore Bike Tour.
On September 24 and 25 he will ride 150 miles total from Cherry Hill to Ocean City (Saturday) and back (on Sunday).

I've been out of school a little over a month. After school closed, I spent three days attending the ISTE conference in Philly and have had two meetings and had to respond to a few emails. Wow! I made it!
One more school day and I will have several weeks to recover, refresh, relax, read, and WRITE! Oh... and make jewelry.
Of course the fun doesn't begin immediately.- There are the annual doctor and dentist visits that were put off until summer months so I didn't have to take a sick day.

Survival Mode
Basic survival is what I am aiming for these days.
The old, "Too much to do and not enough time to do it," cliche applies to me right now.
So, yet again, I bemoan my plight.
It has become more difficult this year when I see my friends retiring, primarily to escape the stress that I, too, feel.
