yes, they can kiss! do you have a cat? cats that are close to each other usually do that. though sometimes they're not really kissing, but they have have that kind of affectionate feeling towards each other. usually between mom/kittens or siblings. my cats usually did that when they're not in fighting mode XD

a fat male white cat with orange spot named Alvin and a completely white female kitten named Yamashita Shiro (i named her after Yamapi!! ^^)
but they don't kiss except for licking each other fur.

ah yup yup, licking each others' fur is a normal stuff cats do to each other. both of my cats are male. so just when they meet female cats, they will lick the other's face or mouth. such a pervy! LOL!! XD
