All signs for a diet

Early morning at about 7-30 AM i realized that the lift was broken. So i went on the first floor by foot. (i live on the 8th). When I didn't have lunch until 3 pm, cause school was too late today. As I'm class manager i do a lot of work after lessons ( Read more... )

hello i'm just randomly blog surfing!
anyway, your body needs at the very very least 1200 calories to survive. and it varies from person to person depending on your size, so i believe you would need even more than that.
haha don't diet, exercising is far better. and it's even beneficial for your health! if you must diet, then take away snack time and just eat your proper meals (3 a day!) that will help you get the necessary calories you need. it's not about not-eating (that's dumb!), but about eating properly.
and anyway, you look perfectly pretty in your photo! why diet and mess up your figure?? x.x
