This was such an AWESOME concert. I went with Kay and both of us agree that we were just blown away by it. Words can't describe it enough. I think what is even more impressive about the concert is the way Laruku turned the tide of the concert. You see, a lot of the people there were not real fans of Laruku and were only really there because

But there's definitely next time ne? ^_^
And I just read your livejournal - I'm glad to hear that you're going to get the issue of SHOXX you wanted. *cheers and waves pom poms* It's always wonderful when you finally get something you've really been coveting, ne? The feeling of fulfillment that you get when that happens is so...addictive. *laughs*

+I have to say I was longing for the comment about Ready, Steady, Go (or, more precisely: as I realised I had not read anything about it "until now" (= I realised it when I was reading about the half of you report), I feared they didn't play it!): I' m not surprised that the crowd went wild when they played it, because 1) the song is good 2) when you watched FMA, you can only like this song even more! because of the episodes this song opened! it was kind of "last fun moment before everyone gets depressed again! worst: everyone is ASKING to get even more depressed because of this anime!": This song only inspired me some fun before, but now that I know the anime / these episodes, it inspires me some kind of sadness/melancholy/fun... and you can only have fun when you hear it anyway!

FMA...actually they showed the first episode of the English dubbed version of Full Metal Alchemist while everyone was filing in to the arena to help kill time for the people who had gotten into the arena first. Though I had already heard from my friends how good FMA is, it was my first time watching it and it is really good. Even the English dub, which I usually hate watching because the voice actors they get are usually hideously awful, was really good and the storyline seems interesting. But I'm getting sidetracked.
At any rate, you should have heard how people cheered when they showed the "Ready Steady Go" ED theme. Laruku hadn't even started performing yet and already people were getting so into the song. It was so cute. *laughs*
And yes, you should definitely check out one of Laruku's concerts one day! They're really, REALLY awesome live. ^_^

We have the same problem with French dubbers here (=they waste kind of every anime...), but, for FMA, I don't care: as soon as it is released in France (it is so good that I don't doubt it will!) I will go buy a subtitled version, even though I will probably already have all episodes in fansub-version: I want to give the people who made this anime some money! And yes it is excellent, yet you shouldn't trust the first episode(s): the story-line will become quite complex and serious/sad with time... but well, you probably already heard of it.
And until L'Arc en Ciel comes in Europe, I will enjoy Despairs Ray this October, yippee yeah!
