Kid got a fever and was miserable for the last 24 hours. :( We had to cut off our weekend a little short.
Hopefully, she'll sleep well tonight, and we can get well-rested tomorrow.
Can't wait to post about the weekend festivities. -

Therefore, I get to do what I want.
Capn' Crunch for breakfast. I'm still in my pajamas. And Brazil v. Ivory Coast at 11:30 AM.

Goals
I'm asleep, the baby's asleep. The monitor is on. She'll be up, like clockwork, within the next 20 min or so. Sunglasses crisis averted, they were found (hooray). I ate my first garden strawberry yesterday, it was delicious. The blueberries are following suit. The cat wants to kneaderbate on my stomach, ouch, it hurts. He's too big for that. Exhausted
I'm such a lightweight. Was handling a sick kid really that hard? I think it was about when I almost dropped her that I knew I was in over my head, I was so terrified. Tweaked my hamstring, too, trying to regain balance. Please sleep well tonight Gwen, I miss your cheery self.

I'm winding down tonight. This was the first 40-hour week I've worked in awhile, and I can already feel Monday looming. Sigh.
