My fencing tournament today went rather well. I didn't preform as well as I would have liked in Epee, but I did preform better than I expected in foil. Oddly enough I placed fifth in both events, although placing fifth in foil means more because there were more people in foil (foil had like 34 people and epee was more like 20). I have finally found THE perfect field school for the summer, but now the trick will be affording it. It's a human Osteology field school just outside of Lima, so my newly and poorly acquired Spanish will be put to immediate use if I get the grant and IF I get into the field school.
