Hun, I can't change how you feel. You know people aren't thinking that deep down, but it's hard to turn off the part of your brain that is freaking out. If there is anything I can do to help you reduce or eliminate your anxiety you KNOW I will do it! And I am happy to be there when you need to get it out. Like Shrek said "better out than in!"

In the mean time, know you aren't alone. I get those feelings as well. Try being a fat lonely gimp at the store without kids for cover. I just suck it up and power thru. It aint easy, but afterwords my knees may hurt but I feel good for facing down my issues.

As for your girl, it is never too late to start being a good example!
