I nervously talked to Peggy (part of management in my building) today. She was super nice, and repeatedly thanked me for coming forward about the verbal abuse my nextdoor neighbor is suffering. She assured me that it is very important for people like me to intervene, otherwise the abuse could continue for a very long time without anyone else

Well, I feel awful about the whole situation, but thank you for your well wishes. Poor old Gloria. He doesn't let her watch Wheel of Fortune anymore! That outraged my daughter. Every old person I know watches Wheel of Fortune.
