The “Did you just propose to me?” - “Marry me.” is fantastic! Like Pepa already considering Silvia her future wife...she has to work hard for it.

LOL Yeah, Pepa is no fan of hospitals as we've seen, when she was so against insemination, so naturally she'd prefer Silvia play doctor to herself, as she is a doctor after all. *chuckle*
