where broken-hearted people go

not in the cemetery where the birds fly high

above  the stones, whose song carries me

while I lay sleeping on barrowed earth

waiting for the sky to open wide

swallow me whole

locked up inside

There is a place

where broken hearted people go

it’s a place that everyone can know

if they just let themselves
