Hi. Long time, no see.

Please do this? It looks fun. :)

Leave a list of fictional characters in your journal that you would love to get a message from. It is your friend-list's mission, should they choose to accept it, to write you an in-character "letter" from a character on that list. Then they post their own list in their journal and the ( Read more... )

Blimey, Becky, did you see the saves I made at the match this weekend? Did you see the look on ruddy Malfoy's face when Harry caught the snitch just before him? Serves him right, the bastard - sorry, 'Mione, no I'm writing a LETTER - bloody HELL. I have to go, before Hermione has a mental breakdown because I haven't done my potions essay yet. Seven feet of parchment! Snape's gonna get it shoved into his overly large nose one of these days ...

Dear Beckaboo,

Hi!!! So you wanted a letter from me, (well I'm assuming I'm the only Beth you know who is really Elizabeth Bennett) so here it is! You are one of the things I miss the most about Lyco. It was definitely fate that nite when you were moved to the 2nd row beside me in choir. It was a match made in heaven that nite! :) I can't believe I ever thought you were sickingly sweet and LOVED choir and would never make fun of people with me. I apologize for that now haha. I hope the rest of your senior is filled with amazing moments that will stay with you for the rest of your life. I heart you and I miss you every day but especially Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday!

Beth

Regrettably I have not been able to write as of late, due to the many obligations that accompany the role of a gentleman, and the many more difficulties that are inevitably faced by one who should rightfully be dead. But being, as I am, over two centuries old, I have taken the time to address you, of all people, my dear Becky. Up until a few moments ago I would not have been able to inform you of the state of my beloved wife, Elizabeth, as I believed she had passed away from this world, but judging from the correspondence above I may perhaps conclude that she has been resurrected in some other human form. Seems like utter nonsense, but do entertain the imagination of an old man. Oh, that I could return to my years of darting about the country on various matters of business, being hated by some and loved by others, but always behaving as my great father would have wished me to. As for now, I have retired, and spend a large part of my time in solitude at my great estate of Pemberley.

With kindest regards,

Fitzwilliam Darcy
