In two days I am flying to California with tour choir! I have to pack and figure out how to pack and what to pack in and teach myself how to curl my hair and also I would like to watch Alice in Wonderland with my roommate and I don't know what to first and I don't know what to do

Hey there! I was just browsing through your interests and saw that you seem to be a pretty active Harry Potter fan! I'm a fan of Harry Potter as well, and thought you might like to join this Harry Potter sorting community I'm in, called Lumos (lumos_sorting). Basically you get sorted into a Harry Potter house (I'm in Ravenclaw), and then you can participate in contests to gain house points in hopes of winning the House Cup. I think Slytherin won last term

It's funny that you should bring this up now. I just went through being sorted at hogwarts_elite, where I was squibbed pretty nastily. Granted, I had been somewhat harsh when I explained why I didn't want to be a Hufflepuff, but they somehow took offense to most of what I said. Anyway, I'm not sure if I want to go through all that again immediately. Plus, I don't think I'm going to have much time in the future to contribute. But if I do decide to try being sorted again, I'll definitely keep your community in mind. Thanks for letting me know!

Oh right, I forgot to mention that! Lumos is much, much more easy-going than HE is. You're allowed to fix your application several times if you're squibbed, but we don't squib applicants the way HE does. All we ask is that you elaborate on the questions. If each of your answers are a sentence long, there's not much luck of you getting in. However, we do understand some stereotypes readers of the HP series may have, and thus we won't squib you just because those stereotypes come through in your application. After joining us, you'd probably lose them anyway. ;) If you want to apply, feel free. Everything I said, and more, is elaborated on in the lumos_sorting user info. :) Think about it, and I hope to see your application if you want to join! :)
