Haha, thanks.
I liked both of them (which might suggest that they are kind of like my stories), and especially enjoyed the part about you writing the wrong date and laughing in class.

Passing notes in class then laughing about them, but trying not to?

I believe I witnessed some of that (Nina) in Chem.

That's a cool picture you have Nina. I'm glad you enjoyed the stories. Also, I can't flip one of the pictures you sent me from when Alix and I were at Mt. Holyoke. It's stuck sideways. What will I do?!?

If you tell me which picture it is, I can flip it for you and resend it!

Wait a second.

Why bring a Jar Jar Binks into this, and mar a perfectly good and entertaining post?

It totally sucks to say (or write something) that is supposed to be funny, but do it wrong so that it just makes no sense at all. Even worse is that when it makes it seem like you must be inferring something untrue and embarassing, like that you wish your old best friend, whom you're talking to, was a girl so you could have sex with him. That was weird. I still don't know if he thought that I actually was inferring that, which leaves me to wonder, and wonder...

I find the title "Jar Jar Thinks" to be one of the best features of this post. Thinks rhymes with Binks, which is Jar Jar's real last name (unless he's asian). It's funny. Thanks for saying the post was good and entertaining. Luckily in the case of my mess up, unlike your sexy friend, the joke just gets funnier. I know the bible doesn't like it, and you like the bible, but you can still have sex with your friend even if he isn't a girl. I can't tell if your trailing (...) wonders are concerning your sexuality.

Most Asians put the last name first, as a sign that they value the family name over the individual name. For example, my family hosted an exchange student from Korea. His first (and, I guess, middle) name was Jung-Hoon and his last name was Kim. But if I were to say his full name it would be Kim Jung-Hoon.

Wait, and Lisa Loeb?

Lisa Loeb's band was called Lisa Loeb and Nine Stories. In the case of this post she only has two, though I claim parenthetically that it's really three. C'mon Dan.

I missed my connecting flight going back to Arizona over the christmas break due to being at the wrong gate and being overly amused with the little girl talking to me. Once squared away and in AZ I boarded a shuttle to Flagstaff, sititng in the back. Most of us were picked up at the airport, except this one older guy, who we pick up at a shopping center. He boards and travels to the back row where this guy and I are sitting. He looks at me and claims he can't sit anywhere else but the back because it makes him nervous. I find out the boy sititng next to me is a friend of my roomates so we talk and I tell him of Keene. All of a sudden the old man looks at me and says "Keene?" and proceeds to ask me questions to see if i'm really from there. "Ok, if you know this one, then you really are from the area...you know who wild Bill is?" I do, he's the jumping jack champion of the world. Doctor Dan i believe he called himself used to work for Barry at Country Life. He either called himself doctor or professor...I'm not sure. Long ( ... )

I still see Wild Bill there sometimes. Country Life attracts mostly weirdos, old people, and new age moms. I guess that makes me a weirdo. I bet that guy was a Seventh Day Adventist too.
