River was bored. And who really knew what could happen when River Song had boredom striking her. Having a woman like River Song bored often led to mayhem and madcap adventures. A part of her really missed the Doctor. Another part of her hated to see him. She knew every time she saw him, it was one time closer to him forgetting her completely.
Cardiff. She really liked Cardiff. River popped in behind a building and emerged from an ally with a grin on her face. Moments ago, she'd toyed with the Doctor about spoilers and then disappeared. She loved poofing on him like that. Now, she wandered the streets of Cardiff, heading towards one of her favourite cafe's on Earth. "I could really go for a coffee and a Welsh cake," she murmured as she headed inside. Just around the corner from the Millenium Stadium, she was steps away from Torchwood. Poofing like she did might trigger their computers. She headed into the cafe and hoped she could have her snack without too much trouble.
“I wonder where he is at the moment.” River let out a little sigh. “I really do miss him sometimes.”
