Oh yes, and I forgot to add: we planted spinach, radishes and arugula last week and they are now popped up and are getting their first leaves. One spinach plant has three cotyledons (and three leaves where there should only be two) and I was thinking of how I would go able trying to discover which gene is responsible for this mutation and how the
