I don't know that the neighbors would have these things we call "scanners". Actualy, I don't know the nieghbors. Well, there is the guy who owns Buddy the dog, whom we hope is harmless, but a little odd. And there is the old lady (and I mean old) who came home at three in the morning two nights ago and was talking so loudly with someone that it woke me (and Carmen and Jake) up! But apparently it wasn't as bad as before, because she used to yell at the cab drivers - once the cops were called.

Yeah.
