Training for the new job!!

1st week of training is going very well.  It's like getting to find out the answer to every question I ever pondered while I was a CSR at Sedgwick!!! Which me (the learning nerd) adores!  The first day of training I had that moment of "what did I get myself into" feeling... but it passed rather quickly and I've found myself actually getting myself
