Day 3 - Destressors

21 days of destressing!

First days behind cut


1. Reading a good book for at least 30 minutes
2. jogging/elliptical
3. Going for a walk with Christian
4. Sitting and really enjoying a glass of wine or a beer.
5. Taking a bubble bath
6. Lighting candles
7. Manicure
8. Pedicure
9. Meal out
10. Work on planning a fun upcoming event
11. Play board games with friends
12. Play video games

13. Cross stitch
14. Cook a meal with Christian
15. Go to the movies
16. Exchange backrest with Christian (or get a massage chair)
17. Learn/practice crochet or knitting
18. Scrapbook 1 page

So far these are not too hard to think of but imagine it will get harder!

Destressors of today:
1. Jogging/5k training
2. Game night!
3. Planned for April Ren Faire
4. Planned for April Color Run
5. Glass of wine (soon)

If I can focus on keeping this up I should be living a very well managed stress free life filled with things to look forward to!!!
