So, I went to Amsterdam with mom! And Scoop and her daughter Caitlin. It took us about 20 hours to get here, including a train ride and some tram-hopping. Only 8 of those hours were actually spent in the air, the rest was unfortunately timed tickets. We're staying for 7 days (the first day was spent in a haze of jet lag), and I feel like writing so

I am mad jealous. I love everything I've read and heard about the Netherlands and it would be awesome to go there! You and your world travelling adventures that are always so surprising to me. Note to self: get a fucking passport when back in Portland and no longer poor. >:|

oh my god dude there's so much i didn't even mention about the culture itself that i absolutely love ;_; IT'S LIKE PORTLAND ON STEROIDS. i'll either do that next entry or just tell you in person when i get back!
