I dunno sounds typical of my fam, but I come from broke trash and we do nothing official or the etiquette way because we weren't taught/didn't know better. But we would also never invite 50 people? Oh and gifts wouldn't be expected though either because everyone else we know is broke too so it's like if you got something that's sweet but it's mostly like a hang out with everyone together and nibble on some grub because that's the most we could do, assuming anyone even agreed on a quasi-baby shower in the first place lol. Most of the time those events were luxuries so we never did them.
