I've seen articles about the tiny housing fad-let; now here's a
hot little property in Seattle. Emphasis on little. I should be able to afford this one, assuming I could sell my house, along with 90% of my possessions. 325 square feet of "open floor plan".

I'm a bit confused at this sentence. Does this mean you get the option of an off-street parking or a yard? Seems like an odd option.

I'm guessing that meant that the yard space happens to be about the size of a parking space, and it's up to you whether you use it as a yard or a parking space.
And yep, I've been a e-beamer for 20 years, at every job I've done.

If you get a dog, you could get a Yorkie. You could stock the bar with those little tiny bottles like you get on airplanes. :)

I'm not sure how much I can really downsize, but I can be pretty certain it wouldn't be enough to fit happily into a house that tiny.
