Gig today went ok, it was a good audience and they were appreciative. My playing was ok and so was my singing but the first two songs were a nightmare with my guitar not working properly due to a loose washer! Today I was called 'a knob' 'pu**y hole' and 'gay' by one of my pupils. Needless to say the little sod has been excluded for 4 days next week. Not what I went into the profession for. Just found out one of my colleagues is leaving after less than a year. 6 weeks left... trying to stay positive!

My random messaging of birds on Faceparty looks like it may have paid off with 1 of them, we'll have to see what transpires. Amusingly, another 1 has rated me 'nutter', which is obviously her way of saying she likes me!

Just quit them due to a number of issues I wont bore anyone with. That's another failed band behind me but a worthwhile experience nontheless.

Well i thought the Albion match was pretty boring to be honest, WBA were considerably the better team but i correctly predicted what would happen after around 25 mins- i.e. that Albion would fail to score and Derby would nick a jammy goal and hang on to win. Tonight was a stark reminder of how far I have to go as a solo-acoustic artist! I'd say that my vocals are good enough these days but I definitely need a lead acoustic playign with me- or I need to improve drastically on the guitar myself.
