Why's he doing these end of existence moments? I think its soap opera syndrome, everything has to be mawkish and saccharine.

I agree about Dan Brown; Da Vinci Code was probably one of the worst books I have ever read. I didn't get further than chapter 2 or 3 of Angels and Demons. I decided I would rather eat my own hand than read the rest.

I think you will find that with Doctor Who that it was plenty more than 15 mins of saying goodbye. It felt like at least an hour.

In fact it was a real let down, David T was a good Dr, and some of the story line have been very good, however the ending could have been so much more, and so much better. As with a few stories in the past it built up well, and then a real crap ending!! (Even ignoring the long goodbye).
