Two things I have on the internet today-

1) The "Hipster Grifter" was arrested in Philadelphia. A guy in a band takes credit on the City Paper Web log and people get angry. Haha, I commend you on wading through those Hipster Grifter comments. Thanks for that. Fascinating stuff, the whole story. I'd been following it from over here and sort of hoped she'd get busted in good ol' Philly.

I'm sorry for posting to that GotI post (under "Nate P.") and inadvertently turning it into a forum for some guy's long, superficial diatribe on why hipster snobbery is inexcusable while punk snobbery was OK. (I actually coined my LJ username a while before everyone used "hipster" as a synonym for "loathsome parasite," so... yeah.)
