Instead of unmounting, did you try to turn off your backup and then restart the capsule? The way I understand it, what it really wants is for all users to be disconnected, but Apple in its infinite wisdom removed that from Airport Utility options. If you have an older Airport Utility app you can use that to disconnect users instead of rebooting.
Turning off backup was the first thing I did :) And rebooted the capsule many times since. I've read online about disconnect all users in old Airport Utility, even tried to install that old version, but it's not compatible with latest Mac OS ;) I'm telling you, as fucked up as Windows is, this shit is even worse :(
BTW, how do I remount from terminal? After doing hdiutil unmount Roman\ Katsyv’s\ iMac\ \(2\).sparsebundle/ -force I try hdiutil mountvol Roman\ Katsyv’s\ iMac\ \(2\).sparsebundle/ But it doesn't recognize the name anymore

I try
hdiutil mountvol Roman\ Katsyv’s\ iMac\ \(2\).sparsebundle/
But it doesn't recognize the name anymore
