Plumbing:  So we have hot water in the house now! YAY! But I had to shell out $100 to get the drain snaked out. Boo. There's all sorts of roots in there now. Iz not so gr8. At least it got rid of them for a bit. Just need to get money to buy supplies to have the heater redone.
