Okay, so I forgot about last week. Sorry.
I have always found it fascinating how Doctor Who is the one time travel show that *never* seems to worry about changing the past, except for 'fixed moments in time' i.e. Vesuvius erupting. And they did it again, by showing Van Gogh that he is world famous, eventually.
And I would say that
leoff was not correct in his comments on my last post in saying that Rory's death had no affect. I'd say it had a very big affect, if Amy is sad. And Van Gogh could sense it. And she cried. And The Doctor said Rory's name.
Leading to the ending of this week's ep, an ep that was very very good, with Amy finding the ring and, possibly, beginning to remember.
See I don't think she's forgotten at all. I think something is blocking it. The same something that is blocking a memory of The Doctor returning when she was a little girl. A return that I think we will see in the next two eps as what ever is blocking her memory is released.
And so we gear up for the finale.
Was that a quick series *or* what?!?!
