your football post is classic. it will go down in history. mine is nowhere close.

ive been a bengals fan since i was 8 years old. I STARTED being a bengals fan when they were bad. I never got to see any superbowls, and the boomer esiason I knew was a bumbling fool too old to play. I remember Akili Smith, Ki-Jana Carter, and Dan "Big Daddy" Wilkinson better than James Brooks, Ickey Woods, and Anthony Munoz. I am the most faithful fan ever. No one believes me though, because I never was really into telling anybody I was a Bengals fan, because 2-12 isnt really sexy for a team.

i started paying attention during the super bowl hoopla. who dey. i do remember ickey woods, boomer, cris collinsworth. all the kids tried to learn the ickey shuffle. wasn't sexy being a bengals fan then either, but then again i was 10. and quite honestly didn't know a thing about football. but i'll say i also became a fan when they were bad, because that's when i really started understanding all those x's and o's. (thanks mr afterkirk, freshman year gym teacher.) and living near cincy helped. got to catch some live games. kinda miss that.
