For there to be a Democratic Majority in the Senate and House it will take:

They will have to come from-
Pennsylvania- Rick Santorum v. Bob Casey
Rhode Island - Lincoln Chafee v Sheldon Whitehouse
Montana- Conrad Burns v John Tester
Ohio- Mike DeWine v Sherodd Brown
Missouri- Jim Talent v Claire McCaskill
Tennessee(Open)-Bob Corker v Harold Ford

These six are very winnable (the tennessee one may just be "winnable"). The Nevada and Arizona seats are in play, but unlikely.
