I recommend a conjoined internal Siamese twin who is attached internally to your spleen. This sounds much more interesting... or perhaps discovering that you're actually a hermaphrodite and you're having issues with an ovarian cyst.

It was mainly a case of my own stupidity but I seem to have it a bit more under control now.
