In regards to item 2 some mof those issues tie into you'll not being in the CRD(more on that in a private e-mail). If there is no record then it does not exist syndrome.

I actually didn't even know about this when I wrote the post. Over all, I think the organization has become very overburdened with technical systems and things that were easily done years ago with a simple data base or even spread sheet now requires tech that actually makes things harder instead of easier. This seems to be the problem we run into with everything from the simplest to the more detailed things we try to do.

I very much appreciate the work you've gone through to solve the problem but it isn't your responsibility. I don't even think that a DC should have to go through the loops that have been created by...well by whoever created these loops.

However I feel it certainly is not a reflection on you, you've gone more than the distance for Kate and I in the organization and we always appreciate it.
