My cars windscree washers were playing up and not distributing much water.
I checked the washer levels, which were fine and the fuse, also fine.
So this morning I took it to the garage to ask them. I was going with motor/pump problems or blocked nozzles/pipes.

It turned out to be the latter, but they were blocked with limescale since I live in a ( Read more... )

I din't se them do it but They could have tried flushiing the lines under higher pressure and apparantly trying to unblock them with a needle at the nozzle end works too which is what they suggested for if it happens again. They can in theory replace the pipes but no-one actually bothers with that.

They didn't charge me either (for 5 minutes of their time and not much work)

Mine washers block up too so maybe thats the problem as Leics is a hard water area and thats probably where I last filled them up. As you can see your instructions helped and now I am here so I think Ive got you all as both friends and friend of. Hope so. Thanks for the help. Hugs.

Using a needle works quite well - I've had to do that in the past.
