it's hard to live through this kind of moment. and then it's hard to live through the other kind of moment, featuring shallow and light (and/or even to have a moment of love) shortly after you get smacked. sometimes that happens, though, depending. i think that makes it all fall into the "hypersurreal" category.

I have to warn you that it is somewhat counter-therapeutic to let yourself be swept away by these raging tides of emotion. It can become a pattern, and your mind (which, as you are aware, =brain+body) will habituate to these experiences, and you will not acquire the important ability to control them -which most people learn in their chronological childhood.
