Harry placed his bag onto the table in the library. They had floo'ed in to the school today, with Hermione, and had come down from the hospital wing with plenty of time before the meeting started. She'd been set on not canceling, despite Harry and Ron telling her that no one would blame her for it. There might be limited time before classes started, but it still hadn't even been a week.
He should have known, of course, that to ask Hermione to skip a revision group was to waste one's breath.
Logically, he was glad facing her fears, as he knew she was still somewhat skittish around people, and if it had been him, he would have faced them. That didn't make it any easier to see her in pain. Not that he expected there to be any from the people in the study group, but if there were negative whispers or anything tonight, they'd have to answer to him.
Tonight they were reviewing Herbology, Potions, and Divination. He figured Divination would be the smaller group, so he set one table aside for that. Potions was relatively small as well; two tables. He pushed them close to each other. The largest group, if people showed, was Herbology, so four tables were pushed together. He hoped a lot of people showed up. Hermione's strategy of groups per course seemed to be working well for the review sessions.
Craning his neck to see if Pince was about, he perched on the edge of a table with his feet on the seat of a chair and rested his elbows on his knees, waiting to see who else would be showing up.
