RP: A surprise!

Luna had enjoyed a pleasant day of baking and spending time with Daddy, but he had retired to his office to put a few final touches on the holiday issue of the Quibbler. When it came out, he'd have a bit of a vacation until Luna went back to school. She smiled, thinking about this, as she danced in front of the oven to the Christmas songs on the wireless and waited for the last batch of biscuits to finish.
The timer went off and the kitchen smelled of cinnamon, so Luna figured it was time for the biscuits to come out. She carefully removed them and set them on top of the stove. She looked at the snickerdoodles for a moment and was suddenly struck with the urge to bring them to Harry and Hermione while they were still warm. She let them cool- just a bit- while she told her dad where she was going, and gathered the gifts she had made for the two of them and Ron. She put a few of each type of cookies she had made- snickerdoodles, chocolate walnut, and pumpkin crisp- in a small canvas bag and secured it with festive ribbon.
She hummed to herself, excited at the prospect of visiting friends. She hadn't talked to Harry in so long, it felt like- even longer than she'd really talked with Hermione. Ron rarely ever seemed to be around, but it'd be lovely to see him, too. She grabbed her cloak, just in case, and floo'd to Grimmauld Place.
"Hello?" she sang out, the Christmas songs still in her head. It was past dinner time, so she wasn't that afraid of interrupting anything.
