Summary: Lisa and Michael do some oral revision.
Completion: Complete

Lisa had spent a good chunk of the day revising Transfiguration theory--in between organising the books on her shelves--and then preparing a chart of what she'd be able to revise with Michael that evening. Some things translated into reading aloud better than others, and she carefully mapped it out so that they'd both be able to go back and pick up the pieces they had to skip. She'd still been having some trouble concentrating, even after her talk with Terry, but getting things together for a planned study session did help her feel productive. Perhaps helping a friend was just the distraction she needed.

A light dinner had seemed appropriate, just some soup and bread so she'd be free to nosh while they studied. She set the dishes to washing in the sink, humming quietly to herself. At least her mood had improved, even if her reading was still suffering. It was more a distraction technique, if anything. A way to keep the quiet moments from turning into angry moments. Pretend to be in a good mood for long enough, and eventually she felt decent. She had managed to keep it up since Saturday evening--only three weeks to go.

After the kitchen was straight, she busied herself with tidying the sitting room and entryway. She'd be able to relax a bit once Michael arrived.
