RP: Making the rounds

Luna woke up early with an urge to bake. She decided halfway through her first batch of biscuits that she'd drop some off at the house Neville, Seamus and Dean shared, to give them a break from studying or perhaps just something to much on while they studied- or, if they were done, a bit of a celebration snack. Talking to Dean yesterday had reminded her the kind of stress the older students were under and she thought it might help. Halfway through her second batch, she realized she couldn't just limit the sweets to her Gryffindor boys, and by noon she had a kitchen full of biscuits and muffins ready to deliver to her friends.
Daddy came out of his office at one point as asked if she should be doing homework instead of worrying about her friends who were already in their examinations, but she just shrugged. She was mostly caught up, so he shrugged in return and returned to his study. He had just received notice the day before that one of his writers would be retiring in a few months, so he had needed time to think about whether he wanted to replace her or put something new where her column used to go.
She left him to it, tying batches of sweets up with brightly colored ribbons and tucking them neatly in her bag. She'd start in Hogsmeade, she decided, and floo'd to the Three Broomsticks. She smiled her hello to Rosmerta before skipping out the door and heading towards the student housing.
She approached the Gryffindors' house first, as they were the first ones she thought of, and smiled as the lion roared, announcing her welcome. It pleased her that they still used it.
