Neville had a flier for that new place, Utopia, opening in Hogsmeade tonight. He thought it sounded like a brilliant place for hanging with his mates as long as he didn't do it too often. Nights out could get expensive, after all. Still, if there were billiards tables, darts, and such, they might be too busy to spend a lot of money drinking. Tonight was especially good, since for their grand opening the place was offering free plates of chips with cheese and chili if you bought a drink. He wondered if that was one plate per drink or one plate per customer, but either way, he felt sure Seamus and Dean would want in if they were free.
He scribbled a note in the blank space on the flier and cast a charm to make it glow to catch their attention.
Oi, mates! Are you in?
Home by 6, if you want to go together.

He left it on the table where they'd see it as they came down for breakfast. Neville had to get to Hogwarts early this morning because Professor Sprout had a huge list of things they still needed to do. He had to try to be in a better mood today too, otherwise she'd be at him all day to cheer up like she had yesterday. It was nice that she cared but Neville wasn't big on the way she joked about giving warts or playing pranks for revenge. It made him a little uncomfortable. He just needed to suck it up and get over it. He couldn't change Master Gurdin, he could only change how he reacted to him. It was rainy in Hogsmeade, so Neville cast charms to stay dry but decided to Apparate to the gates of Hogwarts instead of walking. He was expected early anyway.
