Lisa had nearly forgotten about her talk with Angelina, when they'd decided that a trip into London was needed, particularly if that trip included finding a couple of Muggle blokes for her friends. While she liked being able to gush about Terry with them on a regular basis, as they both always seemed to ask questions that provoked said gushing, she thought she might like it better if they had someone to talk about in return.
Merlin, she thought, shaking her head. I really have become a girl. Not that she'd ever admit it, particularly to her closest friends. She doubted Michael and Anthony--or even Terry, for that matter--would ever let her hear the end of it.
Cho and Angelina lived in the same building, so rather than write two notes, she simply did one. She left space at the bottom for them both to jot their replies, instructing the owl to wait for the first's reply before moving to deliver it to the second.
To Angelina and Cho, my partners in crime,
I think I hear Muggle London calling our names. Drinking, laughing, walking, dancing...snogging, if you play your cards right. What do you say? I think next Friday would be perfect--perhaps go home just long enough to change clothes, then head out.
Hope you're both well. I'm having an especially pleasant evening, so the idea of going out only improves things.
