It was all very well working on her portfolio-thing of recipes, which was mostly cakes, but it wasn't terribly useful if she didn't actually have any pictures. Considering that one of her strongest points was the decoration, especially charmed sugar flowers and the like, photographs would be very, very useful.
So she'd splashed out an bought herself a new camera. It didn't seem that she was particularly intuitive at using it, though, so she was testing it out. A lot. James had finally got annoyed that she had been following him around taking pictures for the last couple of hours - she'd been wondering how long it would take him to crack - and so she'd decided to go to Phoenix Park for random picture-taking.
Though not before she'd managed to get a couple of shirtless shots. It was brilliant what the right pout of your lips could achieve.
Lavender carefully finished changing the film in her camera, putting it safely into the canister so that she could get it developed later; she wasn't at all confident in her abilities to brew the correct potion to develop it herself.
Lifting the camera to her eye, Lavender carefully turned the aperture, focusing on a family who were enjoying a Saturday afternoon out walking their crup puppy. Aww, sweet.
