RP: When it comes to getting things done...

The shop had been unexpectedly busy all morning, and they were shorthanded to boot. It was coming up on noon and becoming quite clear to Zach that if he did get a break for lunch, it would be much later in the day. He made do with a handful of crackers and hurried back onto the sales floor.
He didn't mind being busy, not when he liked his job so well. It was times like these that Zach could forget he was supposed to be doing a 'proper' job, forget that working with his hands was, according to his father, not appropriate for a Smith. He'd been doing a lot more of the actual tailoring lately and not just sales work and found he had a real talent for it.
Zach cast an eye around the sales floor, wondering why they were suddenly so busy and looking to see which customer might need his help first.
