so jackie just send kristin her 2 weeks notice. i've only been in customer service for about 3 weeks now, and she's leaving. i'm going to have such a work load... but at least this will give me oppotunity to shine! i need a raise... more than anything. if we get this house, i have to pay rent, which isn't going to be as cheap as what i paid
