That explains the brilliant smile on Graham's face as he lets the door fall gently shut behind him.

Kira had lingered in the bar after other conversations had ended; the young boy he met earlier had given him some ideas, but he couldn't seem to make himself move from this spot yet.

There was too little information; nothing seemed to make sense with what he knew about this place. How could he figure out the mystery that lay at the heart of this existence? No one else he had met seemed concerned; although maybe they didn't have such pressing business back home as he.

The shinigami captain looked up as another entered the bar - he dragged himself out of reverie at least enough to smile.

Graham smiles back. Scintillates might be a more appropriate word.

"Hello! Is this place magic? Are you magic too?"

Magic?

"I'm not certain. Maybe? I didn't come here by my own will, I know that much." He replied; magic to him existed in the kido skills he had learned over the years, relied on in battle. But his very existence might be considered a supernatural one. He wasn't going to say that just yet.
