My manager had been bugging me to take a few days off, and as Neal is back to his Hawaii-every-month-for-work schedule - well, it seemed a simple enough plan to just buy an inexpensive Hawaiian Airlines ticket and go with him

Those pictures are utterly gorgeous. Especially of the turtles!! I loved taking pictures when I went snorkelling in Florida of all the rays. But mine was with a very basic underwater digital camera so came out nowhere near as nice as yours.

We've spent a little money on the underwater setup - you can certainly go more whole-hog than we have, but I decided the one thing we really needed was a strobe, to get color without backscatter. I got a Nano Strobe for ~$100, and this was the first time trying it out. I definitely need to keep working on it.
