...ooooooooooooooooooh. This could get interesting, as I have a couple of family members of hers in mind for the game. (One of whom was... er, likely to bring the house with him himself. XD But it might be a different enough time period to pull off? That one won't be happening for a while, though, as my partner in crime is in a state of computer limbo at present. We can hash out the details when things go forward there, I expect.)
As to buildings, I... could offer a library and a laundromat. Since that's all I've got, though, you're more than welcome to hold out for actual residences (probably better, since I'm not sure said buildings are actually all that close together).

Re: the family showing up, I'm feeling out one possibility in MM and the other, as noted above, will take a bit longer. If the doubled location doesn't fly, I'll cook up somewhere else for him.
