Skating is like a ballet. Lately it's been awesome to feel the balance that it teaches. If you trust gravity, let it hold you, you can do great things. 

So I read an article by Spoonboy on the many many reasons to not use Myspace and i'm thinking about coming back to livejournal. It's not like I type a lot of blogs or anything, but I do love to promote events on myspace, though I think I can find new ways to do that too. so i started my free yoga class at the School of Ageless Wisdom, we spoke for an hour about many topics, but primarily our focus is on the Infinate Truth.
