Ready for some bad news?

So I've run into one hell of a problem, ladies and gents. See, a couple weeks ago, my cats knocked my external hard drive off of my table when, just days before, I'd moved my TS2 downloads folder onto said hard drive to let my computer run a little lighter between sessions of play. The result of this? $1500 worth of damage that would have to be

I did not lose the Greens! Thankfully I still had all of my savedsims and my neighborhood backed up on my computer. Now I've looked into what I've actually still got lying around elsewhere, I mostly just have to rebuild my downloads folder so I have all of my mods and they don't all suddenly go Maxistastic and I should be good.

Oh I'm so glad that you didn't lose them!

On the other hand, that REAAAALLY sucks about your hard drive. I know all about cats knocking things off the table, especially things that cost mucho dollars. I hope that everything can be saved! Unfortunately, Sims is indeed the least thing you should be worried about, and I sincerely hope that somehow you can get the money to get it fixed.
