if you have not seen this film, which i imagine you probably haven't since it didn't get a big theatrical release, i recommend you do. it was filmed in like 20 countries and didn't use any CGI backdrops ( Read more... )

Okay. You might not believe me but I started skimming what you wrote and as soon as you typed the word "movie" and "international", I started thinking about the best movie I had seen of late which is also The Fall. And I couldn't figure out for the life of me what movie you were talking about because I hadn't read the title of your post.

So, I suppose I'm adding to your recommendation. It was an incredible movie.

The other movie I've seen as of late and enjoyed (but in a different way) is Gran Torino. I was truly pleasantly suprised - probably because I had no expectations.

I actually saw The Fall too. (this one, right? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0460791/) I didn't realize it wasn't fake and filmed in so many countries though!
I watched it with Chris and Matt, etc.
