Making changes

Ilana and I have been talking about the changes we'll be making... it's unfortunate that the point we've come to is the barrier to where things will now become 'hard'. I say unfortunate, rather than great, because each thing we do is always something small and although we have done all these things it is clear that we still have not done enough.

I read this article that mentioned how many eco-conscious people are giving up shampooing their hair. I won't go that far but people do over-shampoo.

that seems like a bit of an odd story?! i haven't really shampooed my hair daily since HS when someone told me that everyday was too excessive. so now i do it every other day, interesting..
