What do you consider the biggest contributor to your weight loss?

thanks allison! Actually... I think everything is helping.. what I eat, how much I eat is probably the biggest contributor to my weight loss. Working out and sweating everyday pushes it along faster but I was researching and 70% of weight loss is based on what you consume and how much you consume. Only 30% is exercise. As long as I break sweat everyday I feel good.
I'm lucky because I actually LIKE healthy food... a lot of people don't. I think that's why I'm seeing results because I'm in the mind set of just being healthy... not dieting. I make working out fun so it's not a chore for me and I'm having a lot of fun cooking too. :) Everything I'm doing now makes me happy and I don't feel so gushy and depressed all the time. That is the best outcome for me... the weight loss is a close 2nd though!! ;) Thanks girl!!
